Job summary

Kirinari Community Services is seeking experienced Aged & Home Care Workers to support older Australians to stay independent, connected and safe in their own homes.

You will provide domestic assistance, personal care, meal preparation, transport to appointments, shopping and social support, working directly in clients' homes and communities to help them live with dignity and choice. Join a team that values ongoing training, flexible scheduling, and wellbeing.

• At least 2 years' experience in aged care, home care or community care.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

About the Role

You will support older Australians to maintain their independence and quality of life by assisting with:

• Domestic assistance (this is often the largest part of your day)
• Personal care
• Meal preparation
• Transport to appointments
• Shopping and errands
• Community participation
• Social support and companionship

You will work directly in clients' homes and communities, supporting them to achieve the goals that matter most to them.

Essential Requirements

• Current Driver Licence
• Reliable and insured vehicle
• Current First Aid & CPR
• National Police Check
• NDIS Worker's Check
