Job summary

Kirinari Community Services Ltd is seeking experienced Aged & Home Care Workers to help older Australians stay independent, connected and safe in their own homes. You will work directly with clients in homes and communities, delivering compassionate, person-centred care and support tailored to individual goals.

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, reliability, and a genuine passion for helping others, with at least 2 years in aged or home care.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience in aged care, home care or community care.

Responsibilities

• Assist with domestic tasks as part of daily care routines.
• Provide personal care and support to maintain independence.
• Prepare meals and assist with nutrition needs.
• Transport to appointments and run errands as required.
• Support community participation and social activities.
• Offer companionship to improve wellbeing.

About the Role

You will support older Australians to maintain their independence and quality of life by assisting with:

• Domestic assistance (this is often the largest part of your day)
• Personal care
• Meal preparation
• Transport to appointments
• Shopping and errands
• Community participation
• Social support and companionship

You will work directly in clients' homes and communities, supporting them to achieve the goals that matter most to them.

We'd Love to Hear from You If You Have:
