Kirinari Home Care is seeking experienced Aged & Home Care Workers to help older Australians stay independent and connected. You will provide domestic assistance, personal care, meal prep, transportation, shopping, and social support in clients' homes and communities.

You will join a values‑driven team that supports ongoing training, flexible scheduling, and career progression while upholding dignity and safety.

Formación

• At least 2 years of experience in aged care, home care or community care.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Caring, person-centred approach.
• Excellent time management and reliability.
• Genuine passion for supporting older Australians.

About the Role

You will support older Australians to maintain their independence and quality of life by assisting with:

• Domestic assistance (this is often the largest part of your day)
• Personal care
• Meal preparation
• Transport to appointments
• Shopping and errands
• Community participation
• Social support and companionship

You will work directly in clients' homes and communities, supporting them to achieve the goals that matter most to them.

We'd Love to Hear from You If You Have:

• At least 2 years' experience in aged care, home care or community care
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Essential Requirements

• Current Driver Licence
• Reliable and insured vehicle
• Current First Aid & CPR
• National Police Check
• NDIS Worker's Check
• Australian working rights
