St Bart’s in Perth is expanding its residential aged care services and seeks a commercial, proactive leader to oversee operations and ensure delivery of high-quality care. The role reports to the COO and will play a lead role in commissioning a new aged care home.

You will develop the Model of Care, refine existing operations, and inspire and develop others while bringing a nursing or health qualification as a foundation for leadership.

Qualifications

• Proactive, commercially astute leader with substantial aged care experience.
• Ability to develop and implement the Model of Care for residential aged care services.
• Proven track record for inspiring, guiding and developing others.

Responsabilités

• Assist with oversight of St Bart’s aged care services, focusing on residential care.
• Lead the commissioning of the new St Bart’s aged care home in East Perth.
• Refine current operations to improve efficiency and outcomes.
