E4 People is seeking an experienced Facility Manager for a premium residential aged care home on Sydney's Lower North Shore. You will lead the residence's operations, ensuring exceptional resident care while driving occupancy, financial performance and compliance in a high‑performing environment.

This hands‑on executive role requires strategic leadership, clinical credibility as an AHPRA‑registered nurse, and the ability to balance resident outcomes with commercial objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience as Facility Manager in residential aged care.
• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Comprehensive knowledge of residential aged care funding, accreditation and regulatory requirements.
• Strong operational and financial acumen with proven budget, staffing and occupancy management.
• Proven leadership capabilities and ability to mentor senior teams.
• Deep understanding of quality, compliance and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall day‑to‑day operation of the residential aged care home with high care standards.
• Drive occupancy growth towards 100% while maintaining quality outcomes.
• Oversee compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and regulatory requirements.
• Manage financial performance: budgets, expenditure, income and reporting.
• Lead and develop the management team to foster a high‑performing culture.
• Monitor clinical care, quality systems and audits for positive resident outcomes.
• Oversee AN‑ACC processes and funding submissions accurately.
• Build strong relationships with residents, families and staff.
