Job summary

Redstone Recruitment is seeking a Residential Manager - Aged Care to lead a well-resourced home through an exciting expansion phase. The role offers executive backing and autonomy to drive occupancy, financial performance, and care quality.

The successful candidate will have unrestricted AHPRA registration as an RN and a proven track record in aged care operations, including AN-ACC funding and accreditation standards.

Responsibilities

• Drive day-to-day operational excellence, occupancy, and financial performance across the residence.
• Lead and rebuild a cohesive facility leadership team after a structural review.
• Uphold high-quality, culturally inclusive care standards and continuous improvement plans.
• Collaborate with clinical leaders to maintain accreditation readiness and governance.
• Foster a positive workplace culture prioritising staff retention, mentoring, and open communication.
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, and local health networks.
