Job summary

Arjo Italia S.p.A. is seeking a Sales Specialist – Aged Care in Adelaide to drive growth across the SA territory and build strategic partnerships with aged care providers. You will engage with key decision-makers to deliver solutions that improve patient outcomes and healthcare workflows.

Qualifications

Experience in medical, healthcare or aged care sales (3+ years preferred).
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Strong consultative selling and stakeholder engagement skills.
Highly driven, resilient and commercially focused.
Strong planning, organisation and CRM capability.
Passion for improving outcomes in healthcare.

Responsibilities

Grow and manage a high-value aged care territory across Adelaide metropolitan and regional providers and SA Health facilities.
Build trusted partnerships with senior leaders and decision-makers.
Identify and convert new business opportunities.
Drive revenue through strategic account planning.
Provide market insights to support business growth and innovation.
