Job summary

Talent Redefined is seeking an Account Manager to grow an established aged care portfolio across Adelaide, with regional travel 2–4 times per year. You will manage and grow existing customers while developing new business in wound care, continence and skin care.

You’ll deliver clinical education to support adoption and commercial growth, engaging clinicians, procurement and policy leads, while owning a field-based territory and driving opportunities for expanding the partnership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years healthcare consumables sales experience.
• Track record of account growth.
• Confidence across clinicians, procurement and commercial decision-makers.

We’re looking for an Account Manager to grow an established aged care business across Adelaide.

You’ll represent a well-established portfolio across wound care, continence and skin care, working with aged care providers to grow existing accounts, win new business and increase adoption across the portfolio.

About the Role

You’ll own an established territory across the aged care market, managing and growing existing customers while developing new business. The territory covers Adelaide with regional travel typically 2–4 times per year.

What We’re Looking For

• Healthcare consumables sales experience - ideally 3+ years, selling into aged care.
• A track record of account growth - building existing business while identifying and converting new opportunities.
• Confidence across different stakeholders, from clinicians and clinical leaders through to procurement and commercial decision-makers.
• The autonomy to own a field-based territory, prioritising the right accounts, managing competing demands and keeping the pipeline moving.
