Australian Regional and Remote Community Services (ARRCS) seeks a qualified Registered Nurse to join the Tennant Creek facility. You will lead clinical care, supervise staff, and support residents with person-centred plans.

Qualifications
- Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (essential).
- Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 12 months RN experience in an Australian health service, preferably aged care.
- Knowledge of contemporary nursing practices with ongoing professional development.
- Experience in multidisciplinary and multicultural care teams; remote area exposure preferred.
Responsabilités
- Provide nursing care within clinical practice scope.
- Lead, supervise and support less experienced staff.
- Develop, implement, monitor and review care plans.
- Monitor changes in residents' condition and respond appropriately.
- Support accreditation standards and quality of care initiatives.
- Assist with orientation and development of staff and roster balance.
