Job summary

Australian Regional and Remote Community Services (ARRCS) is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Tennant Creek Aged Care facility. This permanent, full-time role requires relocation to Tennant Creek, with furnished, shared housing included and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will provide clinical care, lead a care team, and support staff to deliver person-centred care in line with ARRCS standards. Relocation assistance and competitive hourly rates are included.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Bachelor of Nursing or similar qualification.
• Minimum 12 months RN experience in an Australian health service.

Responsibilities

• Promote person centred care planning with individual and representatives.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate resident care per ARRCS model of care.
• Develop, monitor and review care plans to meet health needs.
• Act on changes or concerns in a resident's condition.
• Provide nursing care within the scope of clinical practice.
• Monitor and delegate personal care per ARRCS Medication Manual.
• Assist with staff orientation and new staff guidance.
• Support participation in programs and activities.
• Ensure service meets accreditation standards.
• Report complaints to the Clinical Nurse Manager or Residential Aged Care Manager.
• Handle ad hoc tasks as delegated.
