Job summary

ARRCS is seeking qualified Registered Nurses to support Home Care consumers and RA residents within our Aged Care Facility at Tjilpiku Pampaku Ngura on APY Lands. Relocation and furnished, shared accommodation are included in the remuneration package.

You will provide clinical care, lead and supervise a team of care workers, and help ensure high-quality, person-centered care in line with ARRCS mission. Mandatory AHPRA RN registration and Australian working rights are required.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Bachelor of Nursing or similar qualification.
• Working Rights for Australia – not offered on a sponsorship basis.
• A minimum of 12 months experience as a Registered Nurse in an Australian health service.
• Knowledge of contemporary nursing practices.
• Experience in a multidisciplinary/multi-cultural care team.
• Desirable: experience with Indigenous Australians or remote areas.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills; intermediate computer skills.
• Ability to meet mandatory compliance requirements.
• References indicating a proactive, supportive colleague and commitment to high-quality care.
