UnitingCare Queensland is seeking a Commissioning Coordinator to support aged care refurbishment and development projects, ensuring sites are ready for new spaces and operational handovers. You will coordinate with clinical and operational teams, maintain readiness plans, and manage project milestones to deliver quality environments for residents and staff.

The role involves hands-on planning, liaising with suppliers, and ensuring final touches meet care standards.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in aged care, health, facilities, project coordination or stakeholder support.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adhere to safety and governance requirements.

Aufgaben

• Support commissioning activities across aged care refurbishment and development projects.
• Coordinate with clinical, operations, property, project and supplier teams to maintain clear communication.
• Prepare readiness plans, checklists, action registers, site familiarisation and handover activities.
• Organise furniture, fittings, equipment, artwork and final project touches for resident spaces.
• Track priorities, risks and milestones; escalate issues and support a smooth transition to operation.
