UnitingCare Health is seeking a Commissioning Coordinator to support aged care refurbishment and new spaces. You’ll coordinate with clinical and operational teams, organize readiness plans and handover activities to ensure a smooth transition to operation.

If you have experience in aged care, health, facilities, project coordination, administration or stakeholder support, this role offers the chance to build on those skills in a busy and meaningful project environment.Please note, this position is offered as a 12-month contract, with the possibility of extension.
