Australian Regional and Remote Community Services (ARRCS) Terrace Gardens Aged Care Facility in Palmerston is seeking a dedicated Leisure and Lifestyle Officer to lead engaging activities for residents. The role offers a permanent, full-time basis with an hourly rate of $36.23–$38.24, depending on qualifications and experience.

You will plan and deliver mental and physical activities, both on-site and off-site, to enhance residents’ wellbeing.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with elderly or vulnerable people in activities or aged care.
• Willingness to learn in aged care and community care.
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
• Certificate IV preferred but not essential.

Aufgaben

• Prepare and deliver mental and physical activities for residents.
• Organize on-site and off-site activities (shopping, parks, etc.).
• Support residents with engagement and stimulation.
