Estia Health is seeking a kitchen support role in our aged care homes. You will prep food and drinks, maintain cleanliness, and work with residents to create meals that suit individual needs.

You'll keep records for the Food Safety Program, stay on your feet throughout shifts, and bring a genuine desire to make a difference in residents’ lives. Prior kitchen experience is welcome, especially in aged care.

Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen work; aged care is a bonus.
• Completed the Basic Food Handling Course.
• Strong time management and planning skills.
• A real desire to make a difference in people’s lives.

Responsibilities

• Prepping food and drink.
• Cleaning (including dishes).
• Collaborating with team and residents to create meals.
• Keeping records as part of the Food Safety Program.
• Staying active and on your feet during shifts.
