Ideal candidates have kitchen experience, a Basic Food Handling Course, and strong time management. Aged care experience is a bonus, and the role involves standing on your feet most of the shift.

Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen work, preferably in aged care.
• Completed Basic Food Handling Course.
• Strong time management and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepping food and drinks for residents.
• Cleaning and dishes, maintaining a tidy kitchen.
• Assist with changing up the menu and preparing meals.
• Keeping records as part of the Food Safety Program.
