Job summary

Regis is seeking a General Manager for Regis Musgrave to lead overall home performance and ensure resident-centred care. You will coach a skilled team, partner with the Clinical Care Manager for strong outcomes, and drive continuous improvement while upholding safety and compliance.

You will manage occupancy, budgets and local community relationships, fostering a culture of care, accountability and exceptional service that supports Regis’ mission.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience within aged care, healthcare or comparable services.
• Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering sustainable performance.
• Strong commercial acumen, including budget, workforce and operational management.
• Knowledge of aged care funding and the regulatory environment.
• Proven capability in quality, safety, compliance and change leadership.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications, with postgraduate qualifications highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a skilled, collaborative and engaged team.
• Partner with the Clinical Care Manager to deliver strong care and clinical outcomes.
