Job summary

Regis Aged Care is seeking a General Manager for Regis Musgrave to lead overall home performance, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care for residents and families.

You will lead a skilled team, partner with the Clinical Care Manager, and drive regulatory compliance and continuous improvement within a trusted Regis home. A postgraduate background and strong commercial acumen are highly regarded.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in aged care, healthcare or similar services.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and drive sustainable performance.
• Strong commercial acumen including budget and operational management.
• Knowledge of aged care funding and regulatory requirements.

As General Manager of Regis Musgrave, you will lead the overall performance of the home, ensuring residents and their families receive high-quality, person-centred care and service.

What You’ll Bring

• Senior leadership experience within aged care, healthcare or a comparable services environment
• Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering sustainable performance
• Strong commercial acumen, including budget, workforce and operational management
• Knowledge of aged care funding and the regulatory environment
• Proven capability in quality, safety, compliance and change leadership
• Relevant tertiary qualifications, with postgraduate qualifications highly regarded

You will also hold, or be willing to obtain, a satisfactory police check and provide evidence of your right to work in Australia.
