Job summary

Regis Musgrave is seeking a General Manager to lead the home’s overall performance, ensuring residents and families receive high-quality, person-centred care. You will build a capable, engaged team and partner with the Clinical Care Manager to deliver strong clinical outcomes.

This role focuses on quality, safety, regulatory compliance and continuous improvement, while managing occupancy, budgets and the home’s commercial performance.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience within aged care, healthcare or a comparable services environment.
• Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering sustainable performance.
• Strong commercial acumen, including budget, workforce and operational management.
• Knowledge of aged care funding and the regulatory environment.
• Proven capability in quality, safety, compliance and change leadership.
• Postgraduate qualifications are highly regarded
