Regis Musgrave seeks an accomplished General Manager to lead the residential aged care home, ensuring residents, families and staff come first and that care is compassionate, person‑centred and of the highest quality. • Senior leadership experience within aged care, healthcare or similar services.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering sustainable performance.
• Strong commercial acumen including budget, workforce and operational management.
• Knowledge of aged care funding and regulatory environment.
• Proven capability in quality, safety, compliance and change leadership.
• Postgraduate qualifications are highly regarded.

About the Role

As General Manager of Regis Musgrave, you will lead the overall performance of the home, ensuring residents and their families receive high-quality, person-centred care and service.

You will:

• Lead, coach and develop a skilled, collaborative and engaged team

What You’ll Bring

• Senior leadership experience within aged care, healthcare or a comparable services environment
• Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering sustainable performance
• Strong commercial acumen, including budget, workforce and operational management
• Knowledge of aged care funding and the regulatory environment
• Proven capability in quality, safety, compliance and change leadership
• Relevant tertiary qualifications, with postgraduate qualifications highly regarded

You will also hold, or be willing to obtain, a satisfactory police check and provide evidence of your right to work in Australia.
