Job summary

Regis Aged Care is seeking a General Manager for Regis Musgrave to lead overall home performance, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care for residents and families.

You will lead a skilled team, partner with the Clinical Care Manager, and drive regulatory compliance and continuous improvement within a trusted Regis home. A postgraduate background and strong commercial acumen are highly regarded.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in aged care, healthcare or similar services.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and drive sustainable performance.
• Strong commercial acumen including budget and operational management.
• Knowledge of aged care funding and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a skilled, collaborative team.
• Partner with Clinical Care Manager to deliver strong care outcomes.
• Drive quality, safety, compliance and continuous improvement.
• Build trusted relationships with residents, families, employees and the community.
• Manage occupancy, workforce planning, budgets and commercial performance.
