Access Aged Care is redefining how General Practitioners practise within Residential Aged Care Homes, offering a sustainable, clinically supported and rewarding way to practise medicine in aged care. Supported by telehealth and a national network, GPs can focus on resident care with dedicated nursing support and streamlined systems.

We are seeking expressions of interest from General Practitioners to join our Queensland team.

Competenze

• Current AHPRA Specialist Registration as a General Practitioner.
• RACGP or ACRRM Fellowship required (or nearing completion).
• Availability of 1 day per week initially, with opportunity to increase.
• Comfortable with technology, including systems-based reporting and common clinical software.
• A personal laptop is required to perform the duties of this role.

Mansioni

• Provide regular weekly rounds within one or more Residential Aged Care Homes.
• Build meaningful long-term relationships with residents, families and care teams.
• Coordinate care plans and follow-up with homes, nurses and telehealth specialists.
