Job summary

RSL LifeCare is seeking a Facility Manager for its 162-bed Narrabeen facility in NSW to lead operational, clinical and team performance. The role involves steering compliance, safety, and accreditation while driving financial and workforce outcomes in line with aged care standards.

You will oversee a multidisciplinary team, foster a culture of care, and focus on continuous quality improvement and resident wellbeing across the home.

Qualifications

• Three years of Facility Management experience in aged care.
• Strong clinical leadership and business acumen.
• Solid knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards, funding, and accreditation.
• Passion for resident wellbeing, quality improvement, and people development.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
• Manage compliance, accreditation, and resident safety.
