Job summary

RSL LifeCare Limited is seeking a Facility Manager to lead a 63-bed Narrabeen home, driving high-quality, person-centred care and strong governance. You will oversee clinical outcomes, accreditation readiness and resident safety with a focus on staff development and service excellence.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years’ facility management in aged care, with robust business acumen and knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards. Applications from veterans and diverse communities are encouraged.

About the role:

The Facility Manager is a key leadership position responsible for all aspects of operational, clinical and team performance at our 63-bed facility at Kokoda House, Narrabeen, NSW.

• Fostering continuous improvement and service excellence

About you:

• A minimum of 3 years' Facility Management experience within the aged care sector.
• Strong clinical leadership experience, along with a high level of business acumen.
• A solid understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards, funding, and accreditation
• A genuine passion for resident wellbeing, quality improvement, and people development
