E4 People is recruiting a Facility Manager for a residential aged care facility near North Ryde. You will oversee day-to-day leadership, performance and quality of the home, with a clear leadership structure to support you.

As the leader, you will drive clinical governance, lead multidisciplinary teams including RN staff, and maintain a high standard of care for residents. This is a senior, on-site role with long-term career potential within an established provider.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse qualification with current AHPRA registration.
• Experience as Facility Manager/Home Manager in Residential Aged Care (1+ year).
• Strong governance, compliance and quality focus within RAC.

Responsibilities

• As Facility Manager, responsible for day-to-day leadership, performance and quality of the home.
• Lead from the front, develop the clinical leadership team and ensure residents receive high-standard care and support.
