RSL LifeCare Limited is seeking a Facility Manager to lead a 63-bed Narrabeen home, driving high-quality, person-centred care and strong governance. You will oversee clinical outcomes, accreditation readiness and resident safety with a focus on staff development and service excellence.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years’ facility management in aged care, with robust business acumen and knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards. Applications from veterans and diverse communities are encouraged.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Facility Management experience in aged care.
• Strong clinical leadership with high business acumen.
• Solid understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards, funding, and accreditation.
