Job summary

Bolton Clarke in Adelaide is seeking a Hospitality Coordinator to implement our Dining and Catering Framework, ensuring residents' dietary needs and preferences are met. You will lead the hospitality team, manage dining services, budget efficiently, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve service quality.

You will oversee stock, minimize waste, and ensure safety standards are followed. You will drive menu planning, adapt to diverse resident profiles, and engage with residents and families

Qualifications

• Experience in dining and housekeeping within aged care or healthcare preferred.
• Food Safety Supervisor Certificate required.
• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery preferred; Diploma in Hospitality Management preferred.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Implements Bolton Clarke’s Dining and Catering Framework, ensuring residents' dietary needs and preferences are met.
• Leads the hospitality team, manages dining services, and budgets efficiently.
• Collaborates with stakeholders and gathers resident feedback to improve services.
• Oversees stock management, minimizes waste, and ensures safety standards are followed.
• Conducts regular food committee/focus group meetings with residents and families.
