Job summary

Bolton Clarke is seeking an Hospitality Coordinator to lead the dining and catering services across our aged care homes. You will implement the Dining and Catering Framework, ensuring residents’ dietary needs are met while leading the hospitality team and managing budgets.

You will adapt menus for diverse resident profiles, run feedback forums with residents and families, and ensure high satisfaction with dining and housekeeping services. Strong food safety and inventory skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma preferred; Hospitality Management is preferred.
• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery preferred.
• Food Safety Supervisor Certificate required; knowledge of safety regulations.
• Proficient in inventory, logistics, menu planning and housekeeping skills.

Responsibilities

• Implements the Dining and Catering Framework to meet residents' dietary needs and preferences.
• Adapts menus for diverse resident profiles, including special dietary requirements.
• Runs regular food committees and focus groups to improve menu offerings and satisfaction.
• Manages dining and housekeeping budgets and minimises food wastage while ensuring quality.
