Qualifications

• Demonstrated customer service skills.
• A compassionate and caring attitude.
• Previous restaurant and/or commercial kitchen experience is highly regarded.
• Willingness to take direction from others.
• Reliability and shift flexibility.
• Good time management and ability to work under pressure.
• Valid working rights in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation, delivery, presentation and serving of resident meals.
• Support residents to follow daily routines with person-centred care.
• Engage with residents to provide social and emotional support during mealtimes.
• Maintain dining areas and ensure meals meet residents' choices and preferences.
• Maintain accurate nutrition and diet information as required.
• Follow Food Safety Plan and Bolton Clarke standards.
