• Experience in accounts receivable, debtor management or collections.
• Ability to monitor debtor accounts, payment arrangements and outcomes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage resident fee collections and aged debt recovery activities.
• Monitor debtor accounts, payment arrangements and collection outcomes.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and payment queries.
• Prepare debtor reports, aging analysis and collection metrics.
• Establish and maintain direct debit arrangements and accurate debtor records.
• Coordinate debt recovery escalations and payment plans.
