Uniting in Sydney is seeking a Revenue & Receivables Officer to join the Finance Shared Services team. This role focuses on the accurate and timely processing of revenue and receivables, including billing, receipting, reconciliations and debt management, in line with legislative requirements.

You’ll also handle Refundable Accommodation Deposits and Ingoing Contributions, contribute to standardising processes, improve reporting quality and support budgeting inputs.

• Process revenue and receivables including billing, receipting and reconciliations.
• Manage debt, refunds, deposits and client invoicing within legislative requirements.
• Support reporting, data analysis and budgeting inputs; contribute to process improvement.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and maintain accuracy of sub-ledger data.
• Ensure timely settlement processes and maintenance of revenue-related balance sheet accounts.
