Job summary

UPA Aged Care Solutions is seeking a Cook for Holbrook Village in Holbrook to prepare nutritious meals tailored to residents' dietary needs. You will contribute to a welcoming dining experience and work collaboratively with a team in a casual, on-site role.

The successful candidate will have HACCP knowledge, relevant certificates, and be able to handle dietary requirements with care and respect for residents.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of food safety standards; HACCP experience
• Certificate III/IV in Commercial Cookery/Hospitality required or desirable
• Food Safety Supervisor Certificate preferred or required
• Understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and dietary requirements
• Ability to work weekend shifts and in a team environment
