mecwacare Gregory Lodge in Flemington seeks an experienced Cook to deliver high-quality meals for residents in a 67-room aged care home. Casual shifts typically 9:00 am–5:00 pm, weekdays and weekends, with transport links nearby. Roles include menu support, cost-conscious portions, and teamwork across sites.

Requirements include Certificate III/IV in Commercial Cookery, HLTFSE001/5/7, and Food Safety Supervisor credentials, plus a commitment to great customer service and weekends availability.

Qualifications

• Experience working in aged care or hospital food service.
• Demonstrated ability to prepare and present meals for residents.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver high-quality meals for residents.
