Job summary

UnitingSA is seeking a Client Engagement Consultant to join our Aged Care team, focusing on new clients and service growth. You’ll connect with potential clients and external stakeholders, ensuring they understand UnitingSA’s aged care offerings, including Residential Aged Care.

You will thrive on relationships, taking initiative to convert leads into growth opportunities while delivering top-tier customer service and maintaining an active referral network.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience delivering great client experiences.
• Experience in client acquisition and service growth within health, community, or aged care settings.
• Proven ability to convert leads into sales (essential).
• Relationship-building with potential clients and referrers.
• Strong communication, organisational and time management skills.
• Commitment to helping older people live well at home.
• Knowledge of My Aged Care Service and Support Portal, CHSP, Home Care packages, and Aged Care Quality Standards.
• Proficiency with MS Office and ability to learn new systems.
• Proactive, organised and outcomes-focused.
• Attention to detail with strong admin skills.
• Current SA Driver’s licence (essential).

• Provide responsive and exceptional customer service.
• Communicate comprehensive knowledge of available supports and services.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with relevant stakeholders.
• Create pathways to future lead generation to support a growth strategy.
• Respond promptly to all service enquiries.
• Offer efficient, frictionless and personalised service.
• Liaise with referrers in acute and sub-acute settings to help maintain a strong referral network.
