Job summary

UnitingSA is seeking a Client Engagement Consultant to join our Aged Care team, focusing on new clients and service growth. You’ll connect with potential clients and external stakeholders, ensuring they understand UnitingSA’s aged care offerings, including Residential Aged Care.

You will thrive on relationships, taking initiative to convert leads into growth opportunities while delivering top-tier customer service and maintaining an active referral network.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience delivering great client experiences.
• Experience in client acquisition and service growth within health, community, or aged care settings.
• Proven ability to convert leads into sales (essential).
• Relationship-building with potential clients and referrers.
• Strong communication, organisational and time management skills.
• Commitment to helping older people live well at home.
• Knowledge of My Aged Care Service and Support Portal, CHSP, Home Care packages, and Aged Care Quality Standards.
• Proficiency with MS Office and ability to learn new systems.
• Proactive, organised and outcomes-focused.
• Attention to detail with strong admin skills.
• Current SA Driver’s licence (essential).

• A genuine commitment to supporting older people to livewell at home.
• Sound understanding of My Aged Care Service and SupportPortal, Commonwealth Home Support Program, Support at HomeProgram, and Aged Care Quality Standards.
• High level of proficiency with the Microsoft Office suiteand ability to learn new systems.
• A proactive, organised, and outcomes-focused approach.
• Attention to detail with strong administration skills.
• Current SA Driver’s licence (essential)
