Job summary

My Guardian, a leading aged care and disability care provider, seeks a permanent Head of Client Engagement. This on-site role at the Sydney Olympic Park Head Office leads a dedicated team, drives client growth, and ensures a high standard of client and family experience.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will oversee intake, onboarding, and support coordination, build referral partnerships, ensure compliance with Aged Care and NDIS frameworks, and deliver executive KPIs.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in aged care, disability, or community services.
• Deep understanding of client intake, onboarding, and service delivery models.
• Strong knowledge of NDIS and Aged Care compliance frameworks.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and leadership capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to act decisively in emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the national Client Engagement function across multiple states.
• Drive client acquisition, conversion, and retention strategies.
• Oversee intake, onboarding, and support coordination teams.
• Build and maintain referral partnerships with hospitals, LACs, coordinators, and community networks.
• Ensure operations comply with Aged Care and NDIS regulatory frameworks.
• Deliver executive reporting, KPIs, and performance insights to senior leadership.
• Contribute to strategic growth, partnerships, and national expansion.
• Foster high-performance, accountable leadership within the team.
• Collaborate with rostering and clinical teams to align services with care plans.
