Regis is seeking a qualified Cook to join our Victoria aged care homes network. This full-time role focuses on food safety, team leadership, and delivering high-quality meals while building relationships with residents and families across multiple Regis homes.

With Cert III/IV in Commercial Cookery and experience in aged care or high-volume catering, you will manage dietary needs, cost control and continuous improvement.

Qualificações

• Two years of full-time experience in Aged Care preferred or high-volume catering.
• Cert III/IV in Commercial Cookery; experience as a Chef in Aged Care is advantageous.
• Knowledge of special dietary needs and food cost management.
• Strong customer service mindset and professional presentation.
• Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices.

Responsabilidades

• Manage compliance with food safety, WHS and quality.
• Lead and motivate the team; participate in recruitment and training.
• Stock control and ordering.
• Resident dietary management.
• Kitchen and food cost management.
• Production and delivery of high-quality meals.
• Service excellence around the dining experience.
• Communicate with residents and families; document needs.
• Provide leadership to kitchen staff and ensure smooth operation.
• Contribute to Regis' mission of genuine care for residents.
