Regis Queensland is seeking Chef opportunities across metro and regional locations to lead premium meal service for residents. You will manage menu planning, catering, ordering, and service delivery with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.
Applicants should have a minimum of 2 years in commercial catering or aged care; Cert III/IV in Commercial Cookery is advantageous but not required. Regis supports wellbeing, development, and salary packaging.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in commercial catering or aged care.
- Cert III/IV in Commercial Cookery would be advantageous but not necessary.
- Trade qualifications and understanding of special dietary needs.
- Understand the impact of food cost management.
- Proactive approach to continuous improvement.
- Exceptional customer service mindset.
- Strong personal presentation and grooming skills.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
