TLC Healthcare is seeking an experienced Care Manager (Registered Nurse) to join the leadership team at Whitewater Aged Care Residence in Mordialloc. You will lead clinical operations, mentor teams and drive a culture of clinical excellence in a modern aged care environment.

Located in Melbourne's Bayside region, the role offers full-time employment with opportunities for leadership development, staff mentoring, and a focus on outstanding resident outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1).
• Experience leading residential aged care teams.
• Strong knowledge of clinical governance and Aged Care Quality Standards.
• Proven ability to lead, coach and develop teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Commitment to resident-centred care and quality outcomes.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Vaccinations for influenza and COVID-19 current.
• Full Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical operations across the residence to ensure safe, effective care.
• Oversee clinical governance, compliance and care delivery.
• Ensure assessments, care plans and documentation are accurate and current.
• Monitor and improve quality, safety and accreditation outcomes.
• Support medication management and clinical decision-making.
• Coach and develop nurses and care staff to build capability and engagement.
• Foster strong relationships with residents, families, GPs and allied health professionals.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with Aged Care Quality Standards.
• Promote a positive, collaborative, resident-centred culture.
