Job summary

TLC Healthcare's Homestead Estate in Wallington, VIC, seeks a Clinical Services Manager to lead clinical teams, drive quality, and support accreditation readiness across the 264-bed aged care residence.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will provide clinical leadership, oversee care planning, audits, risk management, and workforce capability development to ensure safe, person-centred care and high performance.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Experience delivering clinical care, preferably in aged care.
• Strong understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards, AN-ACC, accreditation, and clinical governance.
• Proven leadership and people management experience.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
• Genuine commitment to person-centred care and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Providing leadership and support to clinical and care teams.
• Support admissions as the home grows and refurbishments occur.
• Overseeing care planning, assessments, audits, and clinical compliance.
• Supporting complex clinical decision-making and case conferences.
• Driving continuous improvement and quality initiatives.
• Monitoring clinical indicators, incidents, and risk management processes.
• Supporting accreditation readiness and compliance with aged care standards.
• Coaching and developing nurses and care staff to achieve best practice.
• Promoting a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture.
• Supporting workforce planning, staffing requirements, and capability development.
• Championing workplace health and safety across the residence.
