Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration and aged care experience.
• Strong knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to a collaborative team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
• Mentor, support, and guide staff to ensure clinical excellence and wellbeing of residents.
• Uphold duty of care by adhering to policies, codes of conduct, ethics and legislation.
• Monitor, evaluate, and report on clinical practices to align with best practice and governance.
• Participate in quality systems including audits, reviews, data analysis, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee care planning with residents, families and clinical teams for individualised care.
• Contribute to staff development through training and performance reviews.
• Maintain effective relationships with internal teams, external providers and stakeholders, including after-hours availability.
