Your Role

as a Care Manager (Division 1 / Grade 5), you'll be central to clinical care and team leadership, providing high-quality, person-centred support to residents and their loved ones. You'll thrive as a hands-on leader in a collaborative and respectful culture.

What We're Looking For

• Registered Nurse - Division 1 with AHPRA Registration

• Minimum Two years' experience in a clinical leadership role
• Understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards
• Current registration with AHPRA
• NDIS Check (includes Police Clearance)
• Eligibility to work in Australia
