Job summary

Carinity Brookfield Green seeks an Administration Lead to oversee the home’s operations and support services. You will work closely with the Residential Aged Care Manager to ensure seamless daily activity for residents and staff.

You will supervise clerical staff, maintain records and invoicing, and help sustain a safe, clean, welcoming environment. The role is permanent full-time, based in Brookfield, with hours Monday to Friday 8:30 AM to 4:36 PM.

Qualifications

• Experience in office administration and clerical procedures.
• Minimum 1 year in Residential Aged Care.
• Supervision of staff and rostering experience.
• Knowledge of compliance, auditing and infection control.
• Strong interpersonal skills with staff and public.
• Advanced PC skills and admin systems knowledge.
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee home administration and support services daily.
• Provide administrative support and supervise clerical staff.
• Maintain accurate records and invoicing, ensure compliance.
