Job summary

Ozcare in Mackay is seeking a casual Administration Support Officer to join the aged care facility. You will be the first point of contact, managing reception and providing efficient administrative support to the team. Role requires rostering experience, strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook), and the ability to work autonomously on a rotating roster.

Police or NDIS screening will be required. We value a professional phone manner and a willingness to go the extra mile to assist clients

Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Administration or equivalent experience.
• Excellent computer skills including Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Must have extensive rostering experience and be available to work a rotating roster.

Responsibilities

• Manage reception and provide administration support to the team.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and maintain records.
• Provide information on Ozcare products and services to clients and staff.
