Job summary

Infinite Aged Care Pty Ltd is seeking a part-time Customer Support Assistant at Ashmore Care Home on the Gold Coast. The role works with Facility Manager, Nursing and care staff, residents and families to deliver confidential administrative and sales support in line with company policies and regulatory standards.

Located at Ashmore Aged Care Home, the position runs Mon-Fri 09:00 to 15:30. You should be an experienced administrator with strong written and verbal communication, MS Office skills,

Qualifications

• Experienced administrator with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Accurate data entry skills and ability to self-manage and meet deadlines.
• Valid NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or ability to obtain one).
• Flexible attitude and passion for quality aged care support.
• Proactive in identifying and preventing safety hazards in the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and confidential administrative and sales support in accordance with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Liaise with Facility Manager, Nursing, care staff, allied health professionals, residents and families.
