Infinite Aged Care is seeking a Customer Support Assistant at Ashmore Care Home on a part-time basis (Mon–Fri, 09:00–15:30). You will work with Facility Manager, nursing and care staff, and families to provide confidential administrative and sales support in line with company policies and regulatory standards.

Ideal candidates are experienced administrators with strong communication skills, proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, data-entry accuracy, and the ability to self-manage to

Qualifications

• Experience as an administrator with attention to detail and strong written/verbal communication.
• Microsoft Office experience essential (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or ability to obtain one.

Responsabilités

• Provide confidential administrative and sales support to internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Facility Manager, Nursing, care staff and allied health professionals, residents, and families.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
• Support operations in Ashmore Care Home on a part-time schedule.
