Job summary

Genesis Motors Australia is seeking an Aftersales Performance Manager to drive service excellence across our national dealer network. This 14-month parental leave contract focuses on leading performance programs, analysing insights, and boosting customer outcomes for a luxury automotive brand.

You will report to the Senior Manager, Aftersales, collaborating with dealerships and cross-functional teams to improve efficiency, profitability and workshop productivity while developing the Aftersales

Qualifications

• 5-10 years in automotive aftersales or dealer performance.
• Proven people management and development experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse national aftersales performance metrics.
• Lead performance improvement plans for service efficiency and profitability.
• Coach dealerships and oversee training to close capability gaps.
• Roll out new aftersales programs, systems and tools.
• Provide regular reporting and insights to senior leadership.
