Job summary

Volkswagen Group Australia seeks a Group Aftersales Performance Manager to drive performance across an assigned dealer network, focusing on servicing, parts and customer experience.

Reporting to the Head of Aftersales Retail Operations, you will work with Dealer Principals and Managers to identify opportunities, address performance challenges and implement sustainable improvement initiatives, with a hybrid work model in Australia.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive aftersales, dealer operations, field operations or a role focused on business performance improvement.

Responsibilities

• Involves monitoring dealer performance and implementing improvement plans.
• Supports Service, Parts, Workshop Operations, Retention and Customer Experience.
• Partners with dealerships to improve profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Builds relationships across dealer network and VGA stakeholders.
• Drives continuous improvement and shares best practices across the region.
