Cleanaway in West Melbourne is seeking a hands-on Operations Supervisor to run day-to-day operations at a busy waste transfer station. You will lead from the front, directing a team to keep the operation safe, efficient, and on schedule.

You will own daily site operations, oversee waste receival and processing, promote a strong safety culture, and ensure EPA and site license compliance. This is a high-volume environment with opportunities to grow within a growing Australian business.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising teams in waste, recycling, logistics, transport, or heavy industry.
• Strong leadership skills – you know how to motivate and hold teams accountable.
• Solid understanding of safety and environmental compliance.
• Ability to think on your feet and solve operational challenges.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise operators, plant drivers and site staff.
• Oversee waste receival and processing at the transfer station.
