Coles Group is seeking a Process Worker for Chef Fresh, based in Banksmeadow. You will join a production team, staging and decanting raw materials and delivering them to lines to ensure fresh meals reach customers across Australia.

The role demands GMP and food safety discipline, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong teamwork. Afternoon shifts start from 2pm, with emphasis on safety and quality control.

Qualifications

• Experience with GMP & Food Safety standards in production environments is essential.
• Able to work autonomously and collaboratively to meet production targets.
• Able to follow safety protocols and handle repetitive manual tasks in a cold processing setting.

Responsibilities

• Staging, decanting and delivering raw materials to production lines.
• Support production targets and ensure high-quality meals for customers nationwide.
• Adhere to GMP, HACCP and WHS requirements and maintain clean, safe work areas.
